1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

All deposits to your n2win account must be made via payment methods supported by the platform. Available methods include FPX, DuitNow QR, digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards, interbank transfers (IBG), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit is RM 10 (or equivalent) depending on the selected method.
• N2win does not charge platform fees for most deposit methods, except for the standard gas fee on crypto deposits.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your n2win account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your original deposit (same-source principle).
• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 or equivalent depending on the method.

• Game results are final and binding unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, n2win reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

11.1 Account Closure at User Request

You may request account closure at any time through customer support. Before closure is processed, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be voided and any available cash balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned to you via the standard withdrawal process.

12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the n2win platform. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
